Sparks Preschool is a fast-growing national-plus school, with plans to expand to ~25 locations across Indonesia by January 2026.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum; Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment; Monitor and assess children’s progress, addressing individual learning needs; Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff; Support emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities; Ensure classroom organization, hygiene, and safety; Requirements:; Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English Education, Psychology, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education; Strong English communication skills; Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies; Excellent communication and classroom management skills; Creative and adaptable in designing activities; Open to ongoing training and professional development; Placement:; Bekasi - Pekayon; Learn more:.
