• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, addressing individual learning needs
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Support emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities
• Ensure classroom organization, hygiene, and safety
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English Education, Psychology, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Creative and adaptable in designing activities
• Open to ongoing training and professional development
