Seeking a PPIC Staff with plastic packaging manufacturing experience, ERP knowledge, and strong production planning and inventory control skills.
Tanggung jawab: Create and monitor production plans based on customer demand and inventory levels; Prepare and control production schedules to ensure on-time delivery; Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory; Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure smooth production flow; Maintain accurate production planning and inventory data in the ERP system; Analyze production capacity and identify potential shortages or delays; Prepare PPIC reports and support continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi: Stable employment history is preferred; D3/D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of PPIC experience in a plastic packaging manufacturing company; Familiar with ERP systems; Good Microsoft Excel skills; Good understanding of production planning and inventory control; Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
