We are looking for a PMC (Production Planning & Control) Manager to manage and coordinate production planning activities in our cosmetic manufacturing operations.
Tanggung jawab: Plan and control production schedules based on customer orders and capacity; Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Production, QC, and Warehouse; Ensure raw material availability and on-time production delivery; Monitor WIP, inventory levels, and production progress; Handle order changes, urgent requests, and production priorities; Analyze production performance and improve planning efficiency; Prepare regular production and delivery reports for management; Lead and supervise the PMC team.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field; Minimum 5 years experience in PMC / Production Planning (manufacturing or maklon preferred); Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and scheduling; Proficient in ERP/MRP systems; Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines; Placement:; 📍 Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat.
