What You'll Be Doing • Receive and review customer purchase orders. • Validate order details for accuracy and completeness. • Enter customer orders into the ERP system. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues. • Ensure orders are processed accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs). • Maintain accurate order records and documentation. • Support continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
