The Operator Machining is responsible for the precise operation of CNC Milling 3 Axis machines to produce components according to technical drawings, programs, and established process standards. This role requires a strong ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure that all machining processes meet quality and efficiency requirements. In addition to machine operation, the operator must identify and report any abnormalities in machinery, tooling, or materials. The role demands strict adherence to safety, quality, and 5S procedures, while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity and process efficiency.
Tanggung jawab: Mengoperasikan mesin CNC Milling 3 Axis sesuai dengan drawing, program, dan standar proses; Membaca dan memahami gambar teknik (technical drawing); Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan abnormality pada mesin, tooling, material, atau hasil proses; Mematuhi prosedur kerja, standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan 5S; Mendukung proses improvement untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas, dan efisiensi.
Tanggung jawab
- Mengoperasikan mesin CNC Milling 3 Axis sesuai dengan drawing, program, dan standar proses
- Membaca dan memahami gambar teknik (technical drawing)
- Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan abnormality pada mesin, tooling, material, atau hasil proses
- Mematuhi prosedur kerja, standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan 5S
- Mendukung proses improvement untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas, dan efisiensi
