Officer - Operation (House Keeping) for Summarecon Villaggio Outlets, Karawang
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team; Conduct regular inspections and uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property; Schedule and organize staff shifts to meet operational needs; Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies; Requirements:; Bachelor degree is a plus, high school graduate are welcome to apply; Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper; Proven experience in leading and handling team; Ready to work on shifting, on weekends and national holidays; Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance; Customer-oriented and great time management skills; Fluent in English is a plus; Willing to work at Summarecon Villaggio Outlets, Karawang.
