OEM Sourcing Assistant Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, or related fields. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in OEM sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing roles. Strong experience in vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiation, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
Familiar with cross-functional collaboration involving QA, PPIC, Finance, Legal, and other related functions. Willing to travel for domestic and overseas vendor visits, audits, and sourcing activities. Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
Strong understanding of OEM manufacturing processes, supplier management, cost analysis, and feasibility studies. Knowledge of quality, legal, and regulatory requirements related to third-party manufacturing. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in preparing reports, business proposals, and management presentations. Demonstrates high integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, source, and evaluate potential domestic and overseas OEM vendors based on business requirements
- Conduct vendor capability assessments, including production capacity, compliance, and quality readiness
- Perform cost analysis, feasibility studies, and profitability assessments to support sourcing decisions
- Benchmark vendor pricing and provide recommendations to ensure cost competitiveness and sustainable margins
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and contractual conditions
- Prepare vendor proposals, sourcing recommendations, and management reports
- Present sourcing findings and business justifications to management and key stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with QA, PPIC, Finance, Legal, and other related functions during the vendor selection process
- Support vendor audits, site visits, and onboarding activities when required
- Monitor vendor compliance, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation actions
- Maintain vendor databases and ensure proper documentation and record management
- Build and manage relationships with both domestic and overseas OEM partners to support long-term business growth
