• Teach and nurture children aged 2–5 years (Nursery through Kindergarten levels) using engaging, age-appropriate, and child-centered learning experiences
• Design and implement lesson plans that support holistic development and align with Montessori principles and early childhood education standards
• Create a safe, warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and confidence
• Monitor, assess, and document each child’s developmental progress, providing reports and meaningful feedback to parents
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with parents and fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive educational approach
• Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programs
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Familiarity with the Montessori approach is preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
• Deep passion for early childhood education and a dedicated commitment to supporting each child's holistic development
• Able to teach and communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with children, parents, and team members
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi
