• Build and maintain strong relationships with product owners (suppliers)
• Handle supplier inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels regarding consignment and direct purchase services
• Respond to supplier inquiries promptly and professionally while ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Follow up on product submissions and monitor the progress of each supplier's transaction
• Explain the consignment process, marketing period, service fees, and resale terms clearly
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding consignment opportunities and product submissions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth merchant acquisition process
• Provide regular updates to suppliers regarding the status of their products
• Handle supplier feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and update merchant information in the company's system
• Collect supplier insights and market feedback to support business improvement
• Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Communication, Business, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Merchant Acquisition, Business Development, Sales, Purchasing, Retail, E-commerce, or similar roles
• Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is a plus
• Fast and accurate typing skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with a minimum accuracy of 95%
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize work effectively
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and web-based systems
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and high integrity
• Passion for fashion, luxury goods, or branded products is a strong advantage
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as assigned
• Willing to work full-time in Bekasi
