Maintain and optimize mechanical systems through maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Tanggung jawab: Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for mechanical systems; Inspect and assess mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation and reliability; Read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents; Troubleshoot mechanical system failures and equipment malfunctions; Monitor the availability of spare parts and maintenance materials; Ensure all mechanical works are completed on schedule and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations; Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors during maintenance and project activities; Prepare cost estimations, technical evaluations, and purchase requests for mechanical equipment and materials; Develop maintenance plans and recommend continuous improvements to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, pumps, compressors, piping, and utility equipment; Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation; Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
