AVS Simulator (PT Alam Virtual Semesta) mencari seorang Mechanical Drafter & Team Coordinator yang proaktif, berorientasi pada detail, dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan untuk bergabung dengan tim Engineering di Bandung. Peran ini dirancang untuk melampaui pekerjaan perancangan konvensional dengan memadukan keahlian desain CAD 2D dan 3D serta tanggung jawab koordinasi tim harian, dukungan manufaktur, dan kepemimpinan operasional. Anda akan bertindak sebagai jangkar utama untuk kegiatan sehari-hari tim mekanik serta memastikan keselarasan lintas departemen secara efektif. Dalam ruang lingkup tanggung jawabnya, Anda akan membuat, merevisi, dan memelihara model 2D/3D menggunakan SolidWorks, gambar kerja, tata letak, serta dokumentasi teknis produk, di samping menyiapkan spesifikasi produk dan mengelola arsip gambar teknik. Anda juga berperan mengoptimalkan desain untuk efisiensi manufaktur, memberikan dukungan teknis selama fase produksi dan fabrikasi, serta berkoordinasi erat dengan tim Teknologi dan Produksi untuk memastikan desain dapat diproduksi dengan standar kualitas tinggi. Selain itu, posisi ini mencakup pengarahan kegiatan harian tim mekanik, pelacakan lini masa proyek, penyusunan laporan kemajuan harian, pengelolaan anggaran proyek, pengajuan dana, penyusunan Bill of Quantities (BoQ), serta menjalin komunikasi dengan pemasok eksternal.
Tanggung jawab: Create, revise, and maintain 2D/3D models (using SolidWorks), working drawings, layouts, and product technical documentations; Prepare product specifications and manage technical drawing archives; Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and provide technical support during production and fabrication phases; Coordinate closely with Technology and Production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards; Direct and coordinate daily activities for the mechanical team, track project timelines, and compile daily team progress reports; Function as the main communication liaison between the mechanical team, internal management, and other functional divisions; Prepare project fund requests, expense reports, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ); Liaise with external suppliers to support production needs; Technical Design & Documentation:; Production Support & Optimization:; Team Coordination & Daily Supervision:; Budgeting & Vendor Liaison:.
Kualifikasi: Education: Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Drafter or Mechanical Designer. Prior experience coordinating a small team or acting as a co-lead is a strong plus; Highly proficient in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D detailing; Sound knowledge of mechanical materials, BoQ/BoM creation, and basic manufacturing/coating processes; Strong leadership capability with excellent communication and team coordination skills; High attention to detail in managing project expense reports and technical drawing archives; Ability to work independently and make responsible daily operational decisions; Location: On-site full-time at AVS Office, Jl.
