Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Manufacturing Supervisor Assembly atau yang juga berperan sebagai Assembly Manager / Assistant Manager memegang kendali penuh atas pengelolaan seluruh aktivitas produksi perakitan. Peran ini berfokus pada upaya mendorong pencapaian SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery), peningkatan kinerja produksi secara berkelanjutan, serta pengembangan kemampuan tim. Tugas keseharian mencakup pemantauan kemajuan produksi dan pencapaian target KPI, identifikasi serta penyelesaian masalah di lantai produksi, serta penerapan prinsip Toyota Production System (TPS). Selain itu, posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin kegiatan peningkatan mutu dan berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan departemen terkait guna memastikan target perusahaan tercapai dengan baik.
Tanggung jawab: As an Assembly Manager / Assistant Manager , you will be responsible for managing Assembly production activities while driving SQCD, production performance, continuous improvement, and team development; Manage and control Assembly production activities based on SQCD; Monitor production progress and KPI achievement; Identify and solve production problems; Lead SQCD and improvement activities; Manage and develop employees in the Assembly process; Coordinate with related departments to achieve production targets; Apply knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) in Assembly production activities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3 Engineering , preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field; 7–8 years of experience in Assembly/Manufacturing is preferred; Basic knowledge of Assembly processes and production control; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, etc.); Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Knowledge of SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) and Kaizen.
