Posisi Translator Mandarin ini didedikasikan untuk menjembatani komunikasi yang efektif antara pihak manajemen yang berbahasa Mandarin, para karyawan, dan berbagai departemen terkait di dalam perusahaan. Tugas utama Anda adalah menerjemahkan berbagai dokumen, laporan, surel, dan informasi perusahaan secara akurat dari bahasa Mandarin ke bahasa Indonesia maupun sebaliknya, serta mendampingi manajemen dalam berbagai kegiatan rapat dan diskusi. Selain kemampuan menerjemahkan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan, peran ini menuntut Anda untuk memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan pendengaran yang baik, teliti terhadap detail, serta mampu menjaga kerahasiaan informasi perusahaan. Bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dengan jam kerja dari hari Senin hingga Sabtu pukul 08.00 hingga 17.00 di Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi, posisi ini terbuka bagi individu yang mandiri, dapat bekerja dalam tim, serta memiliki dedikasi tinggi untuk terus belajar dan beradaptasi dengan prosedur perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Translate verbal communication between Mandarin and Indonesian accurately; Translate documents, emails, reports, and other company materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa; Assist Mandarin-speaking management in communicating with Indonesian employees and relevant departments; Accompany and assist management during meetings, discussions, and daily activities when required; Ensure information is communicated clearly and accurately between Mandarin-speaking and Indonesian-speaking parties; Assist with interpreting instructions, company policies, and work-related information; Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth communication and daily operations; Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents; Perform other translation and interpretation tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in any field; Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, both spoken and written; Able to translate and interpret Mandarin - Indonesian accurately; Good Mandarin communication and listening skills; Able to read and understand Mandarin documents and written information; HSK certification is a plus; Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator/Interpreter is an advantage; Fresh graduates with good Mandarin skills are welcome to apply; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality; Able to work independently and as part of a team; Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment; Willing to learn and adapt to company procedures; Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 08.00 AM – 05.00 PM; Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi.
