BFI Finance is a prominent financial institution in Indonesia. The Management Trainee program is a strategic acceleration initiative designed by the company to cultivate capable leaders. The program provides an integrated curriculum based on experiential learning and educational background. Participants of the Management Trainee program will undergo both offline and online training, as well as On-the-Job Training. This training will be conducted at the Head Office and various BFI Finance branches throughout Indonesia, preparing candidates for future leadership roles within the organization.
