Tanggung jawab: Participate in rotations across Finance functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and business processes; Assist in preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; Support daily accounting and finance activities, including reconciliation and financial documentation; Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization; Participate in finance-related improvement projects and digitalization initiatives; Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures; Complete structured training, mentoring sessions, and assignments as part of the Management Trainee program.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields; Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience; Strong analytical and numerical skills; Good understanding of accounting and financial principles; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage; Good communication and teamwork skills; Able to communicate in English; Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus; Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn; Motivated for long-term career development.
