• Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum Diploma
• HVAC or equivalent knowledge and certification will be advantageous
• Safety & Building Management skills is mandatory
• Safety & building certification will be advantageous
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance
• Dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Mechanical (Advance) and Electrical (Basic) skills hands on level
• English skill Advance level
• Understand about tools and any Building standard/code of conduct is mandatory
• Doesn't have a phobia of heights or anything related to work
• Held several certifications WAH, Confined Space, First Aider, MEWPS Operator, Fire D will be advantageous
• Good initiative working with another team
