The Maintenance Lead serves as the technical leader and system owner for an assigned area, responsible for ensuring safe and reliable equipment performance. The role focuses on eliminating breakdown-related losses and executing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Additionally, the position involves continuous improvement of maintenance-related Daily Management Systems (DMSs), defect handling, cost control, and lubrication strategies, while maintaining alignment with the Maintenance & Reliability Excellence (MRE) pillar.
