Tim logistik kami sedang mencari anggota baru yang berdedikasi untuk mengelola data logistik, mendukung operasional sehari-hari, serta memastikan tingkat keakuratan data yang tinggi di seluruh sistem perusahaan. Sebagai Logistic Data Team Member, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memelihara data logistik yang mencakup persediaan, gudang, pergerakan material, serta catatan pengiriman. Peran ini juga mengharuskan Anda untuk menyiapkan dan menganalisis laporan logistik, melakukan entri data, validasi, rekonsiliasi, serta berkoordinasi secara erat dengan berbagai departemen terkait untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and maintain logistics data, including inventory, warehouse, material movement, and shipment records; Prepare, update, and analyze logistics reports and data to support daily operations and decision-making; Ensure data accuracy and consistency across logistics systems and reports; Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and other related departments to ensure accurate and timely data updates; Perform data entry, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting related to logistics activities; Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics data and processes; Requirements:; Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Good communication skills in English , both written and spoken; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data; Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy; Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Experience with SAP is an advantage; Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or data administration is preferred.
