Job Description Ensure high-quality teaching delivery, student engagement, and effective learning assessment in alignment with academic standards. Conduct and publish impactful research, actively participate in research projects, and contribute to scholarly development at national or international levels. Engage in and propose meaningful community service programs as part of academic contribution. Continuously participate in professional and self-development programs to enhance academic competencies. Maintain, review, and improve curriculum and course materials, while monitoring and evaluating teaching effectiveness regularly. Must-have Requirements
