Posisi ini berperan sebagai Private Governess & Child Education Coordinator yang mendukung pembelajaran harian, perkembangan, dan aktivitas edukatif anak melalui pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan sesuai usia. Anda bertanggung jawab menemani anak setelah sekolah, membimbing mereka dalam memahami konsep, serta merancang eksperimen sains yang aman dan menarik untuk anak usia 3–7 tahun. Selain itu, Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan pengasuh, guru sekolah, dan tutor mengenai jadwal serta perkembangan anak, sekaligus membantu koordinasi kebutuhan rumah tangga terkait keluarga.
Tanggung jawab: Accompany children after school, including studying, playing, completing homework, and participating in educational activities; Guide children in exploring questions, understanding concepts, and developing curiosity through interactive learning; Design and conduct simple, safe, and engaging science experiments suitable for children aged 3–7; Monitor screen time and guide children toward educational and age-appropriate content; Coordinate with nannies regarding task division, daily routines, and child guidance methods; Communicate with school teachers and tutors regarding schedules, homework, learning progress, and children's needs; Organize school schedules, tutoring sessions, and children's daily activities; Help coordinate household supplies and grocery needs related to the family's requirements; Serve as a daily communication liaison between the family, school, tutors, and nannies.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Science-related fields such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Physics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics; Able to communicate in English is a plus.
Benefit: Monthly allowance: Rp1,500,000.
