Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing , preferably within the beauty or consumer industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to effectively manage relationships with KOLs/Brand Ambassadors and internal stakeholders
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

Tanggung Jawab

• Identify, evaluate, and manage potential KOLs/Brand Ambassadors (BA) aligned with the company’s marketing strategy and target audience
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant KOL trends, audience behavior, and emerging talents , particularly within the beauty industry
• Monitor and ensure content execution aligns with the brand identity, campaign objectives, and agreed collaboration terms while maximizing campaign impact
• Analyze KOL campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and optimal return on investment
• Coordinate administrative and documentation requirements, including invoices, collaboration agreements, and other KOL/BA-related documents
• Maintain and regularly update the KOL/BA database , including profiles, performance records, collaboration history, and relevant campaign data
• Prepare comprehensive reports on KOL/BA campaigns, performance, budget utilization, and key insights for internal evaluation and decision-making
