PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia is a leading garment manufacturing company based in Bandung Regency, West Java, specializing in high-quality clothing and textiles for domestic and international markets. The Kepala Bagian QC (Garment) will lead the Quality Control department, playing a strategic role in ensuring all products meet rigorous quality standards and international regulations. This role involves overseeing all quality assurance processes, managing a team of inspectors and technicians, and collaborating with production and senior management to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee and manage all quality control and quality assurance activities throughout the garment manufacturing process; Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and standards in line with international best practices and customer requirements; Lead, supervise, and mentor the QC team, including inspectors and technicians; Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished garments; Identify quality issues and defects, analyse root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); Maintain detailed quality control records, documentation, and reporting systems; Collaborate with production, design, and logistics departments; Manage quality control budgets and resources effectively.
Kualifikasi: Experienced in garment quality control.
