Perusahaan manufaktur asal Jepang sedang membuka kesempatan bagi kandidat yang berminat untuk bergabung sebagai Japanese Speaker QAQC Staff di Cikarang. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran komunikasi antara tim lokal dan kantor pusat di Jepang, menerjemahkan dokumen teknis, serta mendukung pemeliharaan dokumentasi kontrol kualitas sesuai standar perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup penyediaan interpretasi bahasa Jepang-Indonesia selama rapat, sesi pelatihan, dan audit QA/QC, penerjemahan dokumen teknis dan laporan kualitas, serta bertindak sebagai penghubung antara tim lokal dan kantor pusat. Selain itu, Anda juga akan membantu memastikan standar kualitas tersampaikan dengan baik ke berbagai departemen terkait guna menghindari miskomunikasi.
Tanggung jawab: Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and QA/QC audits to ensure clear communication between all parties; Translate technical documents, reports, and quality-related materials accurately between Japanese and Indonesian; Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of QA/QC documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company standards; Act as a liaison between the local team and the Japan Head Office, facilitating smooth coordination, reporting, and communication; Assist in conveying quality standards, procedures, and feedback from the Head Office to relevant local departments; Help ensure that quality-related information is properly documented and communicated across both languages to avoid miscommunication; Job Requirements:; Minimum High School degree with experience as Jishusei in Japan; Conversational Japanese Proficiency with JLPT N3 certification; Preferably has 1 year of working experience as QAQC or as a Japanese Interpreter within the manufacturing industry; Solid understanding of Quality Control fundamentals; Detail-oriented, disciplined, and possesses strong communication skills; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia. Kualifikasi: Minimum High School degree with experience as Jishusei in Japan; Conversational Japanese Proficiency with JLPT N3 certification; Preferably has 1 year of working experience as QAQC or as a Japanese Interpreter within the manufacturing industry; Solid understanding of Quality Control fundamentals; Detail-oriented, disciplined, and possesses strong communication skills; Only CV in English will be processed.
