PT Millennia Solusi Informatika mencari manajer proyek TI berpengalaman untuk memimpin keterlibatan konsultasi manajemen TI. Peran ini menggabungkan disiplin manajemen proyek, pola pikir konsultatif, dan pemahaman kerangka kerja manajemen TI untuk bekerja langsung dengan klien, manajemen senior, dan tim multidisiplin. Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas pengiriman proyek konsultasi manajemen TI dari awal hingga akhir, termasuk perencanaan, eksekusi, pemantauan, dan penutupan. Selain itu, Anda akan memfasilitasi pertemuan klien, mengelola risiko, serta memastikan kualitas hasil kerja seperti kerangka kerja, peta jalan, dan kebijakan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead end-to-end delivery of IT management consulting projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure; Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, issues, deliverables, and quality; Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consulting teams and subject-matter experts; Facilitate client meetings, workshops, interviews, assessments, and management discussions; Ensure consulting deliverables assessments, frameworks, roadmaps, policies, recommendations, and executive presentations meet company quality standards; Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders and provide clear project status reporting; Identify project risks and issues early and drive appropriate resolution; Support proposal development, project methodology, work planning, and effort estimation when required.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT consulting, IT advisory, IT governance, IT transformation, or similar professional-services projects; Experience in one or more areas such as IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and related.
