Kualifikasi: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; At least 2 years of work experience in an IT Helpdesk role; Huge point plus if you have experince as IT Infrastructure; Experience using Windows and Linux operating systems; Ability to understand networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP; Good understanding of router and access point configuration; Familiarity with cybersecurity principles; Understanding of MikroTik is a plus; Experience with task management software; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a team; Willingness to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
