Lead internal audits, assess internal controls and compliance, identify risks, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a recognized and accredited university; Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience; Strong knowledge and understanding of risk management, internal controls, risk assessment and management, audit methodology and audit processes across various functions, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills; Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and manage an audit team; Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel; Willing to be based in Cikarang and travel as required; Experience working in a Japanese company or multinational company is an advantage.
