Posisi ini membutuhkan tenaga pendidik profesional untuk mengajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia tingkat sekolah menengah sesuai kurikulum sekolah dan standar Cambridge IGCSE. Guru bertanggung jawab merancang pembelajaran yang interaktif, menyiapkan materi ajar, serta mengevaluasi perkembangan akademik siswa secara berkelanjutan dalam lingkungan belajar yang suportif.
Tanggung jawab: Plan and deliver engaging Indonesian Language lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE requirements; Prepare teaching materials, assignments, assessments, and examination preparation; Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback; Maintain effective classroom management and create a supportive learning environment; Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support students' academic development; Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development, and other activities as required.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Education, Indonesian Language, Literature, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school environment; Experience teaching Indonesian Language within the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum is highly preferred; Strong knowledge of Indonesian language, literature, grammar, and teaching methodologies; Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, syllabus, assessment, and examination requirements; Experience in preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and student progress reports; Able to differentiate instruction to meet the learning needs of students with diverse abilities and backgrounds; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in English, both written and spoken; Willing to participate in school activities, professional development, and other academic responsibilities.
