JOB OVERVIEW Lead HVAC design (basic and detailed), load calculations, construction execution, scheduling, quality control, commissioning, performance testing, and defects liability. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Manage engineering and project teams and technical action plans. REQUIREMENTS Education: Minimum D3 or S1 in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration, or related field. Experience: At least 10 years in HVAC design and construction management. Skills: Read technical drawings (AutoCAD), strong project management, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Preferred: Experience with global HVAC manufacturers, SKA/SKK certificate in Mechanical/HVAC, main-contactor or large engineering project experience, English or Korean communication skills, and BIM/Revit or 3D modeling skills.
