PT Askara Internal is a company seeking an experienced HSE Leader to join on a contract basis. This is a strategic role focused on driving health, safety, and environmental excellence across all company operations and projects. The position is pivotal in establishing a strong safety culture and ensuring that the organization adheres to both local Indonesian environmental standards and international best practice guidelines. The HSE Leader will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of comprehensive HSE management systems and policies. This includes conducting regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and leading incident investigations to implement corrective actions. Furthermore, the role involves facilitating safety training programs, managing HSE audits and inspections, and overseeing environmental initiatives such as waste disposal and pollution prevention to ensure continuous operational improvement.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems; Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification; Lead incident investigation processes and implement corrective actions; Provide HSE training and awareness programmes; Monitor HSE compliance with local regulations and international standards; Manage HSE audits, inspections, and certifications; Collaborate with project teams to embed HSE considerations; Prepare HSE reports, metrics, and performance indicators; Lead HSE committees and facilitate toolbox talks; Oversee environmental management, waste disposal, and pollution prevention.
Kualifikasi: Experienced in HSE management; Understanding of Indonesian environmental standards; Knowledge of international best practice guidelines.
