Sebagai Head of Indirect Sourcing Category, Anda akan memegang peran strategis dalam memimpin manajemen pengadaan secara menyeluruh untuk kategori tidak langsung (indirect categories). Tanggung jawab utama Anda mencakup perumusan dan implementasi strategi kategori guna mengoptimalkan efisiensi serta efektivitas biaya, pengelolaan proses pengadaan end-to-end mulai dari negosiasi kontrak hingga evaluasi kinerja pemasok, serta memastikan seluruh proses pengadaan selaras dengan kebijakan perusahaan dan regulasi yang berlaku. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi erat dengan para pemangku kepentingan bisnis internal dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang yang kuat dengan para mitra pemasok untuk memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management; Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect categories and ensure all procurement process align with regulations and company policies; Drive category strategy implementation to optimize both cost efficiency and cost effectiveness; Oversee the renewal, termination, or renegotiation of procurement contracts; Manage customer budget and build strong relationship and collaboration with business user to optimize procurement process and bring added value for company; Keep updated knowledge of procurement best practices, and market conditions; Manage good & long-term relationships with suppliers, select and develop new suppliers and handling issues during the bidding process including problem solving; Requirements :.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistic or related disciplines (having procurement certification is a plus); Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing across indirect categories; Strong experience in end-to-end sourcing, possess negotiations and contract management; Possess excellent communication skills to establish good cooperative relationships and collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders; Fluency in English; Strong analytical skills to utilize data and insights in making decisions; Placement in Cileungsi plant, Bogor, West Java.
