About the role PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia is seeking an experienced and strategic Garment Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Bandung Regency, West Java, where you will take the lead in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our garment business. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth across our product portfolio. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to promote garment products and enhance brand positioning in target markets Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer preferences within the garment sector Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively to maximise return on investment across various marketing channels Overseeing the creation and execution of advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Collaborating with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, retailers, and distribution partners Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and brand perception to inform strategic decisions Managing the marketing team and ensuring effective coordination, professional development, and achievement of departmental goals Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence Developing product positioning strategies and messaging that resonate with target audiences What we're looking
