Kami mencari Foundry Supervisor yang berpengalaman untuk memastikan operasional produksi di departemen pengecoran berjalan lancar dan efisien. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam menjaga standar kualitas dan produktivitas perusahaan. Sebagai Foundry Supervisor, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola aktivitas produksi berdasarkan metrik SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery), memantau pencapaian KPI, serta memimpin inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan (Kaizen). Selain itu, Anda akan berperan dalam pengembangan tim, pemecahan masalah produksi, dan koordinasi lintas departemen untuk memastikan target produksi tercapai dengan optimal.
Tanggung jawab: As a Foundry Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient Foundry production operations through effective production control, SQCD management, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and people development; Manage and control Foundry production activities based on SQCD; Monitor production progress and KPI achievement; Identify and solve production problems; Lead SQCD and Kaizen improvement activities; Manage and develop employees in the Foundry process; Coordinate with related departments to achieve production targets; Have knowledge of Foundry Moulding System.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Foundry; Basic knowledge of Foundry processes and production control; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Basic English communication skills; Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Knowledge of SQCD and Kaizen/continuous improvement.
