Tanggung jawab: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quartely and annual financial report; Cash flow & budgeting management; Preparing & verify payment transactions ( routine expenses, eq electricity, water, other bills); Prepare and verify payment transactions, including routine expenses (e.g., electricity, water, other bills) and charge back-related payments, ensuring all are processed accurately and on time; Ensure all payments are accurate and made on time, and send payment receipts to the contractors once the payments have been processed; Bank and Treasury : Prepare and input bank and treasury journals; Professional in handling information & being able to maintain confidentiality; To check incoming funds (eq rental income etc) as per schedule and no late payment; Bank statement accuracy (eq accuracy of bank fees, interest amounts etc); Support insurance price comparison with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
