Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Finance and Accounting Senior Staff ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola fungsi keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan secara komprehensif. Peran ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam mengenai pelaporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi, perpajakan, dan proses penutupan buku keuangan (financial closing). Selain menangani tugas operasional akuntansi, staf ini akan berinteraksi dengan berbagai pihak internal maupun eksternal, termasuk auditor, departemen lain, dan penyewa. Kandidat diharapkan mampu memberikan analisis keuangan yang tajam, memecahkan masalah terkait data keuangan, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi PSAK dan IFRS.
Tanggung jawab: Financial reporting; Reconciliation; Taxation; Financial closing; Coordinate with tenants, internal departments, auditors, and other external parties.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting; 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting; Preferably 1–2 years at Senior Staff level; Experience in internal and external audits; Good understanding of PSAK and IFRS; Familiar with accounting software/ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate, MYOB, or equivalent; Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, etc); Good understanding of VAT, withholding tax, income tax, e-Faktur/e-Tax systems; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills; Good communication skills; Brevet A & B certification is preferred/required; Good command of English is preferred.
