Finance Accounting Tax Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting. Familiar with ERP systems and accounting software (Accurate, MYOB). Possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work under pressure. Tax certification (Brevet A/B/C) is an advantage.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage overall finance, accounting, and tax functions in a manufacturing environment
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting
- Manage tax planning, tax reporting, and liaison with tax authorities and auditors
- Control costs, monitor financial performance, and support management decision-making
- Oversee and develop finance & accounting team members
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (auditors, consultants, banks)
