Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong experience in manufacturing industry is preferred. Familiar with ERP systems and accounting software (Accurate, MYOB). Possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work under pressure. Tax certification (Brevet A/B/C) is an advantage.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage overall finance, accounting, and tax functions in a manufacturing environment; Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports; Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting; Manage tax planning, tax reporting, and liaison with tax authorities and auditors; Control costs, monitor financial performance, and support management decision-making; Oversee and develop finance & accounting team members; Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (auditors, consultants, banks).
