Kami sedang mencari kandidat Factory Safety Manager (HSE) yang mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola aspek Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan di lingkungan manufaktur kami. Tugas utama Anda mencakup pengembangan dan penerapan strategi HSE tingkat grup, kebijakan, SOP, audit keselamatan kerja, serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi K3 dan lingkungan di berbagai fasilitas pabrik termasuk Wanaherang, Sukoharjo, Medan, dan Makassar. Anda juga akan mengawasi penanganan limbah B3, investigasi insiden, serta memastikan penerapan standar keselamatan kerja yang ketat di area produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement Group-wide HSE strategies, policies, standards, SOPs, and annual improvement plans; Establish a standardized HSE management system applicable to all manufacturing facilities; Develop HSE KPIs, dashboards, risk registers, and periodic performance reports for the Operation Director; Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and management reviews across all factory locations; Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments using HIRADC, JSA, and other relevant methodologies; Ensure the implementation of safe operating procedures, machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, and other critical risk controls; Monitor workplace safety in production, maintenance, warehousing, material handling, and contractor activities; Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, including root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation; Ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and health regulations; Establish and maintain emergency response plans and evacuation procedures for all facilities; Ensure readiness of fire protection systems and emergency response equipment; Monitor closure of findings from emergency drills, fire safety inspections, and incident investigations; Monitor industrial waste, plastic scrap, B3 waste, emissions, wastewater, and other relevant environmental aspects; Establish proper waste segregation, storage, handling, and disposal procedures; Coordinate environmental monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders; Coordinate regulatory inspections, external audits, and follow-up actions; Maintain accurate HSE documentation, training records, inspection reports, and compliance evidence; Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation or certification, where applicable; Standardize HSE policies, procedures, and minimum safety requirements across Wanaherang, Sukoharjo, Medan, and Makassar.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE/K3, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments; Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position; Relevant professional HSE certifications are highly preferred.
