PT Citarasa Kuliner Indonesia is seeking a Factory Manager to oversee and monitor the entire production chain. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of business processes, consistent product quality, supply chain efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Factory Manager is responsible for production planning and implementation, product development through R&D, mechanical design and improvements via the Mechanical Engineering department, and maintaining occupational health and safety standards through the HSE department.
