Posisi EXIM Purchasing Staff dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan manufaktur otomotif asal Jepang yang berlokasi di Cikarang. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola aktivitas pengadaan material, mulai dari sumber daya pemasok, negosiasi harga yang kompetitif, penerbitan Purchase Order, hingga pengelolaan dokumen impor dan ekspor secara komprehensif. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup koordinasi erat dengan pihak gudang, penyedia jasa logistik, kepabeanan, serta pengawasan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi perdagangan internasional demi memastikan kelancaran rantai pasok perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable delivery terms, and product quality; Create, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders through the procurement system; Monitor material pricing, freight costs, and currency exchange rates to ensure cost-effective purchasing; Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors; Procure specialized automotive materials according to technical specifications; Prepare, verify, and process import and export documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO); Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth customs clearance and shipment execution; Arrange international and domestic transportation while monitoring shipment progress; Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, duties, HS Codes, and import/export laws; Coordinate with warehouse teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels; Investigate and resolve shipment delays, damaged goods, and discrepancies between ordered and delivered quantities; Other responsibilities as needed; Job Requirements:; Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Business level of English; At least 3 years of experience as EXIM & Purchasing in Japanese Automotive Manufacturing companies; Proven experience in EXIM procedures, Customs regulations, HS Codes, making of B/L, Certificate of origin and coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers; Familiarity with procurement systems and Purchase Order management; Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia. Tanggung jawab
