Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini berperan dalam merencanakan, mengorganisir, mengawasi, dan memantau seluruh aktivitas pemeliharaan teknis, baik yang bersifat preventif, prediktif, korektif, maupun perbaikan kerusakan (breakdown). Supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan semua jadwal pemeliharaan terpenuhi, meminimalkan waktu henti peralatan (downtime), serta melakukan analisis kegagalan peralatan untuk meningkatkan keandalan sistem secara berkelanjutan. Selain aspek teknis, peran ini mencakup implementasi tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan (CAPA), pengelolaan sistem manajemen pemeliharaan terkomputerisasi (CMMS), serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar GMP dan sistem HVAC. Supervisor juga diharapkan mampu memimpin tim, melakukan troubleshooting, serta memberikan laporan yang akurat untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, organize, supervise, and monitor preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities; Ensure all maintenance activities are completed according to schedule; Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning; Monitor equipment reliability and continuously improve maintenance performance; Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Kualifikasi: Bachelor degree in engineering; Experienced at least 3 years in engineering; Skilled in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, HVAC Systems, Basic PLC Troubleshooting, GMP, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); Able to do measurement drawing, troubleshooting, overhauling and repairing; Good documentation skills, strong communications, interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills, excellent time management; Proficient in oral and written english.
