You'll work on product design, process preparation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions.
Tanggung jawab: Define critical product characteristics based on customer requirements; Design and develop tooling, jigs, and check fixtures for new projects; Analyze similar products/processes to identify risks, improvements, and sourcing strategies; Review and optimize process design and parameters to ensure quality and efficiency; Prepare and monitor tooling fabrication schedules and project timelines; Support tooling trials, mold trials, and new product development activities; Manage material preparation, including BOM creation and trial requirements; Coordinate purchase requests and ensure material readiness for trials; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality & Process Engineering.
