Posisi Engineer Estimator & Design Mechanical Electrical Staff bertanggung jawab dalam merancang serta mengembangkan sistem mekanikal dan elektrikal yang handal untuk berbagai proyek konstruksi. Peran ini melibatkan penyusunan rencana proyek, gambar teknik, perhitungan teknik yang mendetail, serta penyusunan estimasi biaya dan penawaran harga tender. Kandidat yang menduduki posisi ini juga akan berkolaborasi erat dengan tim teknik internal maupun kontraktor eksternal guna memastikan setiap pekerjaan memenuhi standar keselamatan, regulasi, dan spesifikasi teknis yang telah ditetapkan.
Tanggung jawab: Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects; Create project plans, technical drawings, and detailed engineering calculations; Prepare and compile engineering documents, BOQ, and technical specifications; Analyze mechanical and electrical load requirements and system designs; Prepare cost estimations and price quotations (tender offers); Review and interpret tender drawings and project requirements; Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external contractors; Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and safety regulations; Provide technical support during project execution and assist in resolving on-site issues; Maintain documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering and etc; Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical electrical construction. (fresh graduate are welcome to apply); Proficient in both written and spoken English; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Able to work independently and within a team; Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Skilled in preparing engineering documentation and technical proposals; Able to develop project plans, perform technical calculations, and create tender quotations.
