Client Details: Data Center Solutions Company. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas pemeliharaan, pemantauan, dan keandalan sistem kelistrikan, mekanikal, dan plumbing (MEP) di fasilitas data center agar operasional berjalan tanpa gangguan. Anda akan menangani pemeliharaan preventif, perbaikan darurat, serta berkoordinasi dengan berbagai vendor untuk memastikan seluruh fasilitas mission-critical beroperasi sesuai standar keselamatan dan keandalan yang ketat. Tanggung jawab: Monitor and maintain Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within data center facilities to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operations; Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical equipment, including HVAC, chillers, UPS, generators, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems; Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades; Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and data center service requirements; Respond to equipment alarms and incidents to minimize downtime and maintain facility reliability.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, building facilities, industrial facilities, or data center operations; Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly HVAC, chillers, UPS, generators, and power distribution; Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and facilities operations; Experience in a data center or other mission-critical facility is required; Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
