Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering . Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering, panel systems, or related industry (fresh graduates with strong competencies are welcome). Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, MCC panels, and power distribution . Able to read and create SLD, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings . Proficient in AutoCAD / EPLAN or similar electrical design software. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken). Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under project
Tanggung jawab: Design and develop electrical systems and panel configurations based on project requirements; Prepare and review technical documents including SLD, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and BOM; Perform electrical calculations and component selection for project needs; Coordinate with Project, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure project readiness; Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities; Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical standards and customer specifications; Provide technical support during project execution and customer discussions; Support implementation of company QHSE and quality management systems.
