Division New Retail Manager-Bandung/Semarang/Yogyakarta

Region Operation and Coordination: responsible for the operation and management of stores in the area under its jurisdiction (Xiaomi Store, Xiaomi Authorized Store), formulate sales plans, promote the achievement of sales targets, and increase the market share of the region under its jurisdiction. Region Operation Management: responsible for the implementation and inspection of the daily operation management standards of the stores in the area under its jurisdiction, the follow-up and implementation of market activities, and the improvement of brand image.

Region Team Management: responsible for the management of the regional team, empower and cultivate personnel, and build a talent pipeline. Region Retailer Communication: maintain close communication with the national new retail platform, coordinate to promote regional business development, and establish good cooperative relations with regional partners (authorized retailers, suppliers, etc.). Region Planning & Expansion: responsible for the regional store system planning and store construction, and cooperate with store expansion to complete the regional store construction goal.

More than 10 years working experience in retail industry, more than 5 years of regional management experience, experience in consumer electronics industry is preferred. Familiar with the international market retail operation model, with successful regional business development and management cases. Bachelor degree or above.

English may be used as a working language. Master the project management ability and be able to effectively promote the implementation of various tasks.
