Tanggung jawab: Develop and monitor business strategies and company KPIs; Conduct business analysis, identify risks, and explore business development opportunities; Manage budgeting and monitor business performance; Coordinate with related departments in strategy implementation and improvement initiatives; Support the implementation and compliance of the Integrated Management System (ISO); Requirements:; Bachelor’ Degree in any major with GPA 3,00; Min. 2 years experience as strategic business; Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, strategic business skills, and strong motivation; Good communication, interpersonal, & presentation skills; Understanding business and ISO process; have a certified ISO as a auditor; Proficient in Ms. Excel & Ms. Power Point; Fluent in English is a must; Experience in logistics/manufacturing industry (is an advantage).
