PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is a construction company seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time role based in West Cikarang, West Java. This position is pivotal in managing both procurement and warehouse operations to support construction projects. The role involves overseeing the efficient acquisition, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment. The incumbent will combine purchasing expertise with warehouse management to ensure cost-effective procurement, safe storage, and optimal inventory levels for project execution.
Tanggung jawab: Identify suppliers and negotiate prices for construction materials, equipment and services; Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials; Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks; Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors; Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials; Organise and manage warehouse storage; Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering; Prepare reports on inventory status, procurement activities and warehouse performance; Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations; Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams.
