PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking an experienced professional for a full-time role based in West Cikarang, West Java. This supervisory position is critical for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and management of construction machinery and equipment across various project sites. The role focuses on ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems function at optimal efficiency. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining safety standards and maximizing equipment uptime to support project timelines and budgets.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of construction machinery (excavators, bulldozers, cranes, etc.); Oversee routine preventative maintenance schedules; Inspect machinery and equipment regularly to identify faults; Manage the repair and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems; Coordinate spare parts inventory and procurement; Train and supervise mechanics and equipment operators; Prepare and maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; Liaise with project managers regarding equipment status; Conduct equipment safety inspections and manage certification documentation.
