• Minimum 3 years of work experience in management or the fitness industry
• Proficient in managing both Capex (Capital Expenditures) and Opex (Operational Expenditures)
• Able to create and implement KPIs for departments, teams, and individuals to achieve set targets
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Capable of coaching and developing team members
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Able to analyze and understand each team member’s job description and responsibilities
• Have an Excellent People skills and able to growth team
• Services Orientation and Sales Driven

• Foster a positive and inclusive club environment by promoting teamwork, member engagement, and a focus on health and wellness
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Responsible for the profitability and growth of multiple clubs
• Ensure members consistently have a fantastic experience at the club
• Manage overall gym operations, facilities, and team performance
