Gym Manager who has experience in leading a team in the fitness industry.
Tanggung jawab: Foster a positive and inclusive club environment by promoting teamwork, member engagement, and a focus on health and wellness; Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement; Responsible for the profitability and growth of multiple clubs; Ensure members consistently have a fantastic experience at the club; Manage overall gym operations, facilities, and team performance.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years of work experience in management or the fitness industry; Proficient in managing both Capex (Capital Expenditures) and Opex (Operational Expenditures); Able to create and implement KPIs for departments, teams, and individuals to achieve set targets; Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams; Capable of coaching and developing team members; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Able to analyze and understand each team member’s job description and responsibilities; Have an Excellent People skills and able to growth team; Services Orientation and Sales Driven; Placement : Anytime Fitness Mekarwangi - Bandung.
