Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Science Education, or a related field (Master’s is very acceptable)
• Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE curriculum and preparing students for IGCSE examinations is highly preferred
• Preferably those who also have experience in Biology
• Familiar with the Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry curriculum and examinations
• Teaching certification or license, especially for Cambridge, is an advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) and comfortable teaching using English, with strong classroom management skills
• Proficient in digital tools and online learning platforms
• Passionate about science education and student achievement

Tanggung Jawab

• Teach Chemistry at the Junior High School level following the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum
• Plan and deliver lessons that develop students’ conceptual understanding, scientific inquiry, and critical thinking skills
• Prepare students for IGCSE examinations through structured instruction and practice assessments
• Design and conduct laboratory experiments safely and effectively
• Develop lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessment materials aligned with Cambridge standards
• Monitor, assess, and report student academic progress regularly
• Maintain a safe and well-managed laboratory environment
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning
• Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development
