Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing Administration or Sales Administration is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Familiar with ERP systems (Accurate, SAP, or similar) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as in a team

Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other marketing administration documents
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments regarding customer orders
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Prepare sales reports and marketing performance reports
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in daily administrative activities
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on documentation
• Organize and maintain marketing-related files and documents
